The petitioners seek a direction upon the concerned authority to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by him on 21st September, 2022.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21st September, 2022 within one month from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders including the petitioners, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereof. Since the respondents are not represented, the petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the representation to the 3rd respondent at the earliest.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 3962 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit in opposition is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
