Learned advocate for the petitioner appears and places a 'Talaknama' before this Court entered into by and between the parties on 26.07.2017 executed before the Muhammadan Registrar, Government of West Bengal, P.S. Sandeshkhali, District - North 24 Parganas. Perused the same. The copy of the Talaknama is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that since there has been dissolution of marriage between the parties, the petitioner do not want to proceed with this revisional application.

The revisional application praying for setting aside of order dated 16.12.2015 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Additional Court, Basirhat in Maintenance Case No.442 of 2013 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The report of the Learned Registrar Administration (L& OM) dated 14.07.2022 indicating service of notice upon the parties is kept with the record.
