Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a OBC-A candidate, but by mistake his candidature was rejected by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata being the respondent no. 4.

Heard all the parties.

I find that the representation made by the petitioner on 30th December, 2020 is at page 27 being annexure "P12" to the writ petition.

The Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata being the respondent no. 4 is requested to consider this writ petition as a representation before him.

Let the writ petition/representation of the

writ petitioner be considered by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata being the respondent no. 4 and pass a reasoned order, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing and to allow the petitioner to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing.

Learned Advocate on record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, Kolkata within seven days.

The Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is also requested to communicate the reasoned order at an earliest.

With the above direction WPA 4617 of 2021 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
