We perused the report submitted by the District Judge, Birbhum dated March 4, 2023.

Both the alleged contemnors accept in their affidavits that, there was a 'misunderstanding' between them and the petitioner.

We failed to appreciate as to in what capacity, when the petitioner as a litigant, went to the Jurisdictional Court in compliance of an order passed by the High Court, there can be any 'misunderstanding' between the petitioner and the alleged contemnors.

Both the alleged contemnors are law clerks.

They are put on notice that in the event, their activities in future are found to interfere with the administration of justice, they would be proceeded against appropriately. Apparently, the petitioner and the respondent no. 2 are relatives.

Respondent no. 2 is put on notice that, his private disputes need not be brought into the Court premises so as to interfere with the administration of justice, in any manner whatsoever.

In such circumstances, we dispose of the contempt petition.

C.R.L.C.P. 04 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
