We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accuseds have been turned down. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the co-accuseds.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
