The petitioner complains of illegal and unauthorized construction at the behest of the private respondents.

From the documents annexed to the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is yet to lodge formal complaint alleging unauthorized construction before the Gram Panchayat.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to file comprehensive representation before the Gram Panchayat highlighting the illegalities of construction that has been made.

In the event such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the Panchayat in accordance with law at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
