1. Report as called for by the order dated August 18, 2025 filed in Court be taken on record.

2. Report states that, there is a waterway, which is used by the villagers, for the purpose of irrigation.

3. Disputes between the private parties relate to a water pipeline being taken over a particular plot of land. It is the claim of the appellant that the plot of land in question belongs to the appellant. It is the claim of the private respondents that the private respondents are the co-owners of such plot.

4. Learned Single Judge, noticing the inter se disputes between the private parties directed the police to ensure that no breach of peace occurs at the locale.

5. The private parties are at liberty to settle their disputes before the appropriate civil Court. A writ Court need not enter into the inter se disputes between the private parties.

6. In view of the discussions above, we find no ground to interfere with the order impugned.

7. FMA/392/2025 along with the connected application are disposed of without any order as to costs. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
