Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to an order dated September 25, 2020 passed in CRM 7179 of 2020. He submits that, two of the accused were granted bail in the same case.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State produces the case diary and submits that there are telephonic call records between the petitioners and the principal accused.

We have considered the case diary. We are of the view that, so far as the petitioners are concerned, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

In the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer of the concerned police station with conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and on the condition that the petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer
