We have considered the materials on record. Report is placed on record. Voter's identity card relied upon by the petitioner is fake. He is a foreign national. 3.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
