Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for a protracted period of time. As a result, trial is delayed. Presently, he prays for bail on the ground of delay in trial. A person can not take advantage on his own wrong. Allegations involve dacoity in a train. 3.

In view of the conduct of the petitioner and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
