It has been stated in the said application that I had the occasion to represent one of the parties in an earlier civil revision application being C.O. No.1727 of 2017.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in the civil revision application submits that he was not aware of such fact.

However, considering the averments made in the said application, this Court is inclined to recall the order dated February 24, 2025 passed in C.O. 614 of 2025. In view thereof, the order dated February 24, 2025 stands recalled.

The civil revision application is restored to its original file and number.

CAN 1 of 2025 stands allowed.

In Re: C.O. 614 of 2025 In view of the reasons recorded hereinbefore, this Court is not inclined to take up this matter on personal ground.

In view thereof, C.O. 614 of 2025 stands released from the list of this Bench.

Let the papers be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for necessary orders.
