Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Ejectment Suit No.69 of 2009 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court at Barrackpore.

Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the learned trial court has already disposed of the amendment application vide order dated 19th September, 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that appropriate directions may be issued for the expeditious disposal of the Ejectment Suit and all the pending applications.

The court considers that passing of such a direction will not prejudice either of the parties. Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court at Barrackpore is directed to dispose of Ejectment Suit No.69 and all pending applications expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties in accordance with law.

All connected applications, if pending, are also disposed of.
