It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the parties that the matter relates to 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for appointment of assistant teacher in Classes XI and XII. Petitioner participated in the selection process and it has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that he is one of the wait listed candidates.

As it has been pointed out by the learned advocates representing the parties that the entire selection process of 1st SLST 2016 for classes IX, X, XI and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if situation so arises in future.
