A report in the form of instructions of Officer-incharge, Khargram Police Station addressed to the State Advocate dated 25th September, 2022 filed in Court today be also taken on record.

It appears that investigation into the FIR has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 279/330/304A of the Indian Penal Code. It appears to the Court that copies of the report along with the annexures have been handed over to the Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, reserving the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in regard to the charge-sheet, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
