We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had subjected the minor to penetrative sexual assault. He is a relation of the minor.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
