Learned counsel for the respondent on instruction states that in order to balance of interest of both the parties, the Matrimonial Suit No. 297 of 2024 may be withdrawn from the court of the learned Additional District Judge and First Track 2nd Court, Hooghly may be assigned to the court of a competent jurisdiction under learned District Judge Howrah. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without prejudice to his contentions for financial aid to be taken before the learned trial court, the present matter may be withdrawn from the court of Learned Additional District Judge and First Track 2nd Court, Hooghly and assigned to the court being learned District Judge, Howrah.

In view of the submissions made the Matrimonial Suit No. 297 of 2024 is withdrawn from the learned Additional District Judge, First Track 2nd Court,

Hooghly and assigned to the court of learned District Judge, Howrah for trial in accordance with law. The transferor court is directed to send the entire records to the transferee court within thirty days. Copy of the order be sent to the transferor court and the to the transferee court.

Parties are directed to appear before the transferee court on 17th June, 2025.

The petition stands disposed of.
