Let the investigating agency take the investigation of Mothabari Police Station Case No. 359 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023 to its logical conclusion and file its report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda. The petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court after the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are supplied to the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 674 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
