This is an application for relaxation of conditions of anticipatory bail granted on 18th February, 2020, passed in CRM No.1811 of 2020.

Learned advocate for the applicants/petitioners submits that the applicants/petitioners have already complied with the conditions of bail staying away from Kaliachak Police Station and also by meeting the Officer-in-charge of the Police Station once in a week, where they resided. Learned advocate for the applicants/petitioners also submits that charge sheet has already been submitted.

Learned advocate for the State produces a report to that effect. It appears from the report that the applicants/petitioners

have complied with the conditions of bail and they have obtained regular bail upon surrendering before the learned court below. There is no adverse report available at the moment against the applicants/petitioners.

Let the report be kept on record.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, the conditions of bail in the order dated 18th February, 2020, passed in CRM No.1811 of 2020, are waived.

The petitioners are, however, directed to ensure their appearance on each date of trial before the learned court below. The application, being CRAN 5 of 2021 is disposed of.
