On perusal of the report of the Assistant Registrar-IV, dated June 24, 2025, it appears that this Court has taken up the CPAN 157 of 2013 in connection with COLRT 5 of 2012, erroneously without determination, on May 2, 2025, and has passed an order.

In such view of the matter, it is required that the order of this Court dated May 2, 2025, be recalled. Hence, the order dated May 2, 2025, passed in CPAN 157 of 2013, in connection with COLRT 5 of 2012, is hereby recalled.

Let the matter be released from my list for want of determination.
