No. 2 which is wrongly transcribed as Mr. Avijit Ghosh instead of Mr. Avijit Ghoshal in the judgment dated 30.06.2025.

2. Let the necessary correction be incorporated thereat in the judgment dated 30.06.2025 and in the server copy accordingly. The remaining part of the judgment dated 30.06.2025 will remain intact.
