O., Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas in Case No.01/SC/SDO/DH of 2019, has not been put into execution, despite a specific request made by the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the S. D. O., Diamond Harbour, is hereby directed to put into execution the aforesaid order passed under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
