Petitioners submit victim i.e. Bapi Bera committed suicide out of depression.

They have been falsely implicated.

Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show first petitioner had romantic association with Bapi. Subsequently, Bapi was ill treated and had committed suicide. Whether withdrawal from a romantic relationship and/or disputes arising therefrom would constitute abetment to suicide may be assessed at the appropriate stage of the proceeding. Investigation is complete.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 1) Sangita Das, 2) Sukdeb Das and

Durgarani Das be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. They shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
