The said report reflects that the order of proclamation was executed on 05.01.2023 in respect of the present petitioner viz., Sanjoy Kayal alias Sanjay. Subsequently on 06.02.2023, the order of attachment was passed and the said order of attachment was executed on 01.03.2023. The copies of the order of proclamation and attachment have been enclosed along with the report. Let the same also be kept on record.

In view of the present stage of the proceedings and the present case alleging offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code amongst others, I am not inclined to interfere at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 587 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
