The revisional application is disposed of with the following directions :-

(1) The order dated 22nd April, 2024 issuing proclamation and attachment simultaneously against the petitioner is stayed till 27th June, 2024.

(2) The warrant of arrest so issued will remain in operation and there is no bar on the Police Authorities or the Excise Authorities to execute the same.

(3) So far as the issue relating to facts which have been canvassed by the petitioner regarding his innocence, the petitioner will be at liberty to canvass the same at the stage of consideration of charges before the learned trial

court.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 676 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
