Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Mr. Gourav Das .....For the State In respect of petitioners whose result was withheld in respect of a selection process of 2010 conducted by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas, a letter was written by the concerned DPSC on 28.07.2022 to the Deputy Director, School Education (Rural Primary) for withdrawal of remarks RW i.e. 'result withheld' against the panelists who submitted documents and verification report.

Pursuant to that, the Commissioner of School Education by his letter dated 23.09.2022 (Annexure P-5 at page 44 of the CAN application) approval of empanelment of 49 candidates out of 81 candidates proposed by the Chairman of the DPSC has been approved provisionally subject to fulfillment of other conditions

as usual.

Thereafter an application being CAN 1 of 2023 in connection with this matter was filed by the Chairman, DPSC, North 24 Parganas for leave of this court for issuing appointment letter of some of the writ petitioners who have already been approved by the Commissioner of School Education.

Today, learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that from the list given by the Commissioner of School Education (Annexure P-5) it appears that petitioner nos.1 to 5 have been approved and they should be given recommendations and appointments. Therefore, I grant leave to the concerned District Primary School Council to take appropriate steps so that the above mentioned petitioners can be recommended and can get appointment in the primary schools under the said DPSC.

The recommendations and appointments are to be given by one month from date.

In respect of petitioner no.5, the Chairman, District Primary School Council will verify the documents, as has been mentioned in the remarks made by the Commissioner of School Education. The writ application is disposed of.
