In the first paragraph of this application praying for bail, the petitioner has stated that this is the first time that he is praying for bail before this Court.

This is patent falsehood as has been demonstrated by learned Counsel for the State by referring to the order dated July 31, 2021 passed in CRM No.4827 of 2020 whereby the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

The petitioner has indulged in sharp practice. In view of his dishonest conduct, we are not inclined to consider the present application for bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.

C.R.M. No.1781 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
