Ms. Labanyasree Sinha Ms. Sweta Mohanty ..for the petitioner By the order impugned the application under Order 22 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure stood rejected. After some argument the learned advocate on record of the petitioner submits that the order impugned is an appealable order and prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 620 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The learned advocate on record of the petitioner is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon replacing the same by a photocopy thereof.
