They renew their prayer for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected on merits in June 2022. This was not considered by the learned session's judge while granting bail to the co-accused persons.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
