Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. 2.

This is the writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the interview for the post of Shramik in the West Bengal State Electricity Board, which was scheduled to be held on 18th February, 2007 or any subsequent date.

By an order dated 14th February, 2007, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the said interview. It was further observed in the said order that the results will not be disclosed and the same shall be kept in a sealed cover awaiting further orders of the Court. It does not appear that any further steps in this regard has been taken by the petitioner in the meantime. Due to passage of time, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 2440 of 2007 stands disposed of. 5.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. 6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
