1. Affidavit-in-reply in connection with WPA 25972 of 2024 filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 in Court today is taken on record.

2. Upon hearing the submissions made on behalf of all the parties, it appears that there are several disputed questions of facts involved in the instant writ petition which cannot and ought not to be entertained by the writ court.

3. In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to entertain any of the above writ petitions.

4. Accordingly, both the writ petitions along with all the connected applications stands dismissed.

5. It will be open for the parties to approach the competent forum in accordance with law for resolution of their disputes.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
