1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by a recruitment process commenced by the Staff Selection Commission under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India. Pursuant to Notification dated 24th September, 2021, the recruitment process was for as many as 271 posts.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the process of recruitment to the post of Research Assistant under the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology of the Central Government.

4. This Court is of the view that the petitioner is required to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal constituted for dealing with all service issues including the recruitment to any civil post under the Central Government.

5. Reserving leave to the petitioner as indicated hereinabove, to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal at Calcutta, the instant writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
