This is an application by which the petitioner, who claims to be a dismissed workman/employee of the respondent no.1, has sought for a direction for expeditious hearing of her application under Section 10(1B)(d) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 being Case No.5 of 2019 now pending before the learned 7th Industrial Tribunal, West Bengal at Kolkata.

After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, I direct the 7th Industrial Tribunal to dispose of the reference as expeditiously as possible but not beyond six months from the date of communication of a copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parities.

The parties including the 7th Industrial Tribunal

shall act on a server copy without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. Since I have not called any affidavits, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
