Record reveals that by an order dated 22nd January, 2025 the records were directed to be placed before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta for hearing and further order on 3rd March, 2025.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order to the opposite party or her

learned advocate representing her before the learned trial judge.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, C.O. 619 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta to dispose of the application under Section 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1980 as expeditiously as possible, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.
