The application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC has been filed apprehending arrest in connection with Noapara P.S. Case No. 273 of 2020 dated 24.10.2020 under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard Mr. Chattopadhyay, counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the State and having considered the statement under Section 164 CrPC, the complaint and the FIR, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application under Section 438 CrPC and the same stands dismissed.
