1. None appears on behalf of the appellant. Learned advocate for the respondent no. 1 is however, present. On perusal of the earlier order dated 25.11.2025, it reveals that on the said date also, the appellant was absent and for that reason, the instant matter is listed today under the heading 'For Dismissal'.

2. In view of chronic absence of the appellant, we have no other alternative but to pass an order for dismissal.

3. Accordingly, M.A.T. 295 of 2020 is dismissed for default.

4. Interim order, if there be any, stands hereby vacated.
