1. The petitioner joined Badamtala Free Primary School in Canning Circle in the district of South 24 Parganas on 20th July, 2021.

2. She seeks transfer to Murshidabad in a School nearby her residence, where her husband and two minor children reside.

3. Since the petitioner has not completed five years after posting at South 24 Parganas, the application of the petitioner cannot be considered.

4. The instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
