The petitioner's application for transfer has been rejected by the school itself applying the rule of 10 percent on 27th August 2021.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as on date the percent bar does not prevent consideration of the applications for transfer. In that view of the matter, the petitioner shall be entitled to apply afresh through Utsashree portal and the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
