Learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that she has no objection if the case is transferred to the court as prayed on behalf of the petitioner. In this application the petitioner wife is seeking transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 514 of 2020 filed under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Purba Bardhaman to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta.

By consent of both the parties, let the Matrimonial Suit No. 514 of 2020 be withdrawn from the file of learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Purba Bardhaman and be transferred to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta.

Thus the application being C.O. 346 of 2021 is disposed of, however, without any order as to costs. Let a copy of this order be communicated to both the courts for information and doing needful. (Shivakant Prasad, J. )
