The petitioner is aggrieved that an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 has not been disposed of by the District Judge, Howrah. Counsel for the State submits that further document, as required by the concerned District Judge, was supplied on 08.03.2022.

In that view of the matter, the District Judge, Howrah shall dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10.12.2021 mandatorily and positively within one month from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
