It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners who has produced a server copy showing status of the case that the matter was dismissed for default by the learned trial court on 12th September, 2022. It is further submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as such the complainant did not proceed with the case before the trial court. Accordingly, the present revisional application has now become infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of being infructuous. All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
