The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Jagatballavpur Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the State submits that two FIRs have been registered on the complaints of the petitioner which have resulted in charge sheets being Jagatballavpur Police Station Charge Sheet No.45/20 dated 26th March 2020 under Sections 341/325/34 of the IPC and Jagatballavpur Police Station Charge Sheet No.31/20 dated 23rd February 2020 under Sections 448/506/354/379/323/427/34 of the IPC.

In these circumstances, this Court is of the view that there is no inaction on the part of the police.

The petitioner may take steps in respect of the charge sheets.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
