(via video conference) Mr. Suman Patra ...petitioner appearing in person The petitioner appearing in person submits that he would not like to press the application for quashing and instead prays for an expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

It appears that the First Information Report was lodged in 2013 and the matter is at the stage of evidence.

On the prayer of the petitioner appearing in person, the application for quashing of proceeding is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the learned trial Court is requested to conclude the proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the next date of hearing.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of.
