Singh ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, 8th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No. 2380 of 2022 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of the application along with this order upon the parties or their learned advocates before the learned trial Judge. From the order sheet appended to the revisional application it appears that April 22, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the petition under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the petitioner herein.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 654 of 2020 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 8th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to take up the hearing of the application under Section 151 of the CPC on the next date fixed, i.e., on April 22, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of June, 2025, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
