It is submitted that by the instant revisional application the petitioner/wife had prayed for transfer of the maintenance case from Alipore Court to the Court at Asansol. But now at present the circumstances have changed and, as such, she does not wish to press her prayer for transfer.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn.
