C.R.M.(A) 574 of 2024 In Re:- In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Goalpokher Police Station Case No. 562 of 2023 dated 03.10.2023 under Sections 341/323/355 of the Indian Penal Code, read with Section 75 of the Juvenile & Justice Act read with Section 3(i)(C) of Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

And In Re : Md. Ramij @ Ramez ...... petitioner Mr. M. Nazar Chowdhury ...for the petitioner Mr. Soumik Ganguly ...for the State Materials in the case diary suggest that provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 stand attracted to the present police case. In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petition is not maintainable.
