Fundamental issue involved in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for expeditious hearing of the company petition No. 187 (KB) of 2013.

I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite parties as no question of prejudice involved.

Service upon the opposite parities is thus dispensed with.

From the facts and circumstances it is found that the Company Petition No. 187 (KB) of 2013 is pending before the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench-1, Kolkata since 2013.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned Tribunal is requested to dispose of the Company Petition as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment.

Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner is at

liberty to communicate this order to the Hon'ble Tribunal and as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties before the Tribunal. With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
