This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 192 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, 24-Parganas (North) as well as an application for vacating interim order of injunction under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in connection with such suit.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge

(Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, 24-Parganas (North) to dispose of the petitioner's application under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The learned Trial Court is also requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 192 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit.

C.O. 636 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
