Having considered that the warrant of arrest has been executed and the respondent no.5 has been produced before the learned jurisdictional Court, I am of

the view that for further steps, the petitioner would pursue the jurisdictional court being the learned ACJM, Bongaon for further necessary progress of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4042 of 2025 is disposed of.
