It is evident from the order dated March 12, 2019 that the Hon'ble Justice Rajasekhar Mantha had granted an accommodation on the prayer of the petitioners and vacated interim orders, if any. When the matter is called on today, none appears on behalf of either of the parties.

It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, C.O. No. 487 of 2004 and C.A.N. 1 of 2009 (Old No. 1515 of 2009) are dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.
