Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Achyut Basu admits his client's mistake and submits that the name Mampi Dey ought to have been mentioned against the respondent no.5.

This Court sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused to Mrs. Gita Dey.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the cause title impleading Mampi Dey as the 5th respondent in place and stead of Mrs. Gita Dey. The son, namely, Rajesh Dey, is present in Court. The mother, Mrs. Gita Dey, has refuted the allegations of the petitioner against her son.

This Court does not wish to enter into the private family disputes.

The son has informed this Court that he has not harassed his father and shall not disturb his father.

The Kalyani Police Station, Nadia shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The Kalyani Police Station shall also ensure that Rajesh Dey, respondent no.4 and his wife, do not, in any way, harass the petitioner and likewise the petitioner shall not disturb the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The personal presence of Mrs. Gita Dey and Mr. Rajesh Dey is dispensed with.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
